PhotoshopFail: Harper's (very) Bizarre.

It always astounds me how these things slip through the net. Especially when it's for the cover of a popular high end magazine. Surely the images must get thoroughly checked and approved before print? But then again, perhaps this was done on purpose. There is after all, no such thing as bad exposure right...?
